What do you get when you put Tomb Raider and Quake2 together? Probably something similer to this. It has Quake2's shoot them to bits personality with Tomb Raider's style of puzzles. The graphics are amazing (unreal to be persice,) if you have the speed and hardware to support it. (voodoo 3dfx accelerator, 200+mhz) The levels are huge, fun to explore have some awesome detail to them, with the tame wild animals, plant life shadows, and bugs.... you will curse outloud this is such a well crafted game, if I can call it a game. And the creatures actually are intelligent. They duck, run, hide, and dodge to kill and avoid being killed.
The speed and graphical settings such as shiny surfaces, screen flashes, vertex lighting, and curved surfaces etc are persice and can create wicked lighting effects. The multiplayer has alot of the stuff you wished were in quake2 but would have to download are included right in the game. Such examples would be; models and skins, deathmatches in the dark, team games, flashlights, and bot games with custom settings. The music is as impressive as q2, but not hardcore. This one should be in everyone's stocking on christmas 'morn. I'm telling you all have to see and hear it to understand.
